On the 5th of April 2008 the Assembly of Student Delegates of the UKH elected Tomáš Uher as the UKH’s new General Secretary. General Secretary is chosen for a 4-year period based on a recommendation from the UKH Board. Aleš Čejka, who served as the General Secretary during the last period, stepped down from the UKH ministry as of August 2008. The UKH Board would like to thank Aleš Čejka for his service, sacrifice, determination and care with which he faithfully served the movement since 2002. We thank God for the growth which He granted UKH under Aleš' leadership.
Please pray with us for Tomáš Uher that God would give him wisdom in his new calling and for Aleš as he moves on to a different ministry.
